How to downgrade from Purview Enterprise back to Purview Free ?

I can't find any documentation to state yes or not, but is it possible to downgrade from Enterprise to Free once you have clicked the upgrade button? I don't want to be stuck with the minimum 1CU unit, that cost is around $300 USD a month!
