Upgrade readiness is not a free solution.  It requires an Azure Active Directory subscription which you can sign up for free, but expires after 30 days at which point you need to upgrade to a paid subscription plan. I'd recommend updating your online documentation and videos to reflect this fact.

Hey Jim,Upgrade Readiness is a free solution! It does require an Azure subscription (Azure AD is not a requirement), but you will not be billed as long as you use the subscription exclusively for Upgrade Readiness. We recommend creating a pay-as-you-go Azure subscription to avoid the 30 day expiration of the free trial that you mentioned. All data associated with Upgrade Readiness is exempt from billing, and it does not count toward your OMS daily upload limits either. Send us an email at uasupport@microsoft.com if you have any questions. Thanks,Zach
