subscriptionId: Int32

subscription ID see SubscriptionInfo#getSubscriptionId()

merged: Boolean

True for carrier merged network, false otherwise. See WifiNetworkSuggestion.Builder#setCarrierMerged(boolean)

Returns

Boolean

True to indicate that carrier network offload is enabled, false otherwise.
