The distance between tick marks. The default value is one (1.0).

Remarks
If the Ticks property is set to a value that is not null
, the TickFrequency property is not used. Tick marks are drawn at the interval that is specified by the TickFrequency property, starting at the value of the Minimum property and continuing until the value of the Maximum property is reached.
