Gets the vulnerability assessment rule baseline.

Description

The Get-AzSqlInstanceDatabaseVulnerabilityAssessmentRuleBaseline cmdlet gets the vulnerability assessment rule baseline. Note that you need to run Enable-AzSqlInstanceAdvancedDataSecurity and Update-AzSqlInstanceVulnerabilityAssessmentSetting cmdlets as a prerequisite for using this cmdlet.
