How to remove/disable the 'aka.ms/recoverykeyfaq' message that shows after the pre-boot recovery message on Bitlocker Recovery screen

This was already asked and never got an answer: Bitlocker recovery url hint removal or location where it resides in - Microsoft Community
We do not want the default pre-boot recovery blurb:
"For more information on how to retrieve this key, go to aka.ms/recoverykeyfaq from another PC or mobile device"
showing up on our company computers AFTER we have set a custom recovery message and included our own URL.
We do not want our corporate users being directed to aka.ms/recoverykeyfaq

How can this be disabled/removed? Is there a text file within the system that is used for the blue BitLocker Recovery screen?
Is it text stored in a registry key (haven't found one)?
