Hello Guys

I have deployed 3 nodes with Azure Stack HCI 23H2 on-premises and Windows 2019 and Windows 2022 VMs have been created on the platform without any problems.

The problem is that we have not been able to figure out how to enable RDP access to the created VMs. In the WAC that we installed locally, it shows us the VMs, but when we open the RDP console, it does not run, so it only shows us the VMS, but we do not have access via the console either.

Is it possible to get your help to understand if something additional needs to be done on the platform to be able to have access?

Thanks

    Hi Sebastian Antunez Noguera,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To enable RDP access to your VMs in Windows Admin Center, ensure that Remote Desktop is enabled on each VM by going to System Properties > Remote and selecting "Allow remote connections to this computer." Make sure the inbound rule for Remote Desktop (TCP port 3389) is enabled in Windows Defender Firewall on each VM. Verify that the VMs are on a network that allows RDP traffic and that they are powered on and reachable. Check that your user account has the necessary permissions to access the VMs.
