Outlook problems with folders

Good afternoon, everyone,

I'm having a problem I've never seen before with a user in my organisation. The user has his own folder structures and when he tries to expand one of them, all the others close instantly. We've tried reconfiguring the profile and it hasn't worked.

Has anyone experienced the same thing or got any ideas on what to do to fix this issue?

Best regards,

Ruben Faustinita

    Hi @Ruben Faustinita

    Welcome to our forum!

In the Outlook client to prevent folders from collapsing automatically, follow these steps:

Go to View > View Settings > Group By >Click on the last option Expand/Collapse Defaults – and choose All Expanded. >Click Ok (Twice).>Then Reopen Outlook.
