Currently, on the user flow page of my AAD B2C, the 2FA options include

I understand your concern here is that the available 2FA options in Azure Active Directory B2C.
Does AAD B2C support PUSH notification using Microsoft Authenticator as 2FA?
Unfortunately, Azure AD B2C does not currently support PUSH notification using Microsoft Authenticator as 2FA. The available 2FA options in Azure Active Directory B2C include Email, SMS and Phone, SMS only, Phone call only, and TOTP.
