Grey out "let Windows keep me connected" at login screen

I would like restrict access/ability to check/uncheck this box for all users at login screen.

    This is the cellular failover feature. In general you should be able to turn it off in the ntework settings and, unless the user has admin rights, they shouldn't be able to change it.

    There doesn't seem to be a GPO to force it but you can add a registry entry to do so. Based upon a quick google the path is HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WcmSvc\CellularFailover. Add the AllowFailover DWORD value and set to 0 to disable or 2 to enable. Unless the user is an admin they won't be able to change the value. Not sure how the UX behaves when this is set though.

    Hi Jgee,

    Thanks for your post. Can you try the below steps and see if they are Helpful

    1. Open Settings, and click/tap on the Network & Internet icon. 2. Click/tap on Mobile hotspot on the left side, and turn off Share your Internet connection with other devices. 3. Select Change adapter options. 4. The Change adapter options will options will open the Network Connections. You will find the network connection to which your computer or tablet/mobile is connected. 5. Double click on the wireless connection to open the Wi-Fi status. Go to Wireless Properties. 6. Under Connection tab, find out “Connect automatically when this network is in range“. To disable it, uncheck the option and tap ok.
