Hello,
I am trying to connect workbench to Flexible server in Azure but not able to connect.
I used connection strings and instructions from 'connect' in Azure. Below is the error I am getting:
I have disabled SSL in Azure for easier access, added client IP (my IP) in networking and allowing public access. The Server is in ready state and running, can anyone help me on what I am missing?

I have reproduced the issue from my end by creating an azure MySQL flexible server with the same configuration as your.
First please, click on the "enable SSL to secure connections " to enable it.
Make sure you are using the correct password.
On the host name section in the connection page of MYSQL Workbench, you need to insert the full server name.
Please try again and let me know the result.

I copied full server name and other connection strings from azure.
I tried same with DigiCertGlobalRootCA.crt.pem file that we can download from azure still same results. Please advice
