I have created runbooks for a DR of an environment and have created a recovery plan for the same. Now when i try to attach the runbook in the steps of recovery plan, i am not able to find the runbooks after the names starting from S in the dropdown. I can see runbooks which were created later duration however not the ones with new ones. All runbooks , which are named after "S"alphabet is not visible in the drop down of recovery plan -update action section of pre/post-action.

Please note, all permissions are present, the names of the runbooks are fine as it is in published state.

    Hi Jeganath Alwar
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform thanks for asking question here...!
It might be you are facing an issue related to Azure Automation where runbooks starting with the letter "S" are not appearing in the dropdown menu for your recovery plan.
    Follow below troubleshooting steps:
1.Refersh the interface sometimes interface might be not update immediately. Try refresh the page and logout and login runbook will appear.
2.Please validate there are no filters applied to the dropdown that might be excluding runbooks starting with "S". Check if you can view other runbooks by adjusting any filtering options.
3.Please validate or check all permissions are present, double-check if there are any specific permissions related to the visibility of runbooks in the recovery plan interface.
4.Clear your browser cache or try accessing the interface from a different browser to rule out any caching issues.
5.Check the logs and error message that might indicate why certain runbooks are not appearing. This could provide clues as to what might be going wrong.
6.Confirm that the runbooks are in the published state and not in draft or any other state that might prevent them from appearing in the dropdown.
    7. If above solutions are doesn't work raise a support ticket
