Purview DLP - Policy tips not displayed in Outlook for labeled files (outlook app and OWA)

We have implemented Purview DLP and policy tips for Outlook.

When attachments are added to an email and if they are labeled as "public" or "Internal Use", the scanning for DLP keywords works accordingly. If keywork is found the policy tips is shown.

When the attached files are labeled as "Restricted", the policy tip is NOT appearing. It seems the scanning is not happening.

The issue impacts Outlook App (tested versions 2402, 2411) and OWA.

What could be the possible fixes for that?
