A working s2s vpn tunnell stopped working with the error Max number of established MM SAs to peer exceeded.
The tunnel has been up continuously since Feb 2023 - NO changes were made on the AZURE VPN gateway, neither any changes in the on premise gateway.

Could you please try this troubleshoot steps to resolve the issue
- Reset the connection.https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/reset-gateway#connection-reset
- check the check the IKE logs on on-prem device.
- Most of the cases gateway will not respond on this scenario need to check with your on-prem VPN device.
