why did IDM Says "cannot download this file details ssl. connect error 1"? how do i fix it?

i tried to download ( a game) in IDM and error message pop up and says "cannot download this file details ssl. connect error 1 IDM" i tried to everything including disable my firefox my antivirus and updating my IDM version but it still there why does it says that? how do i fix that?
