SCCM app deployment status not consitent

Dear Team,

We are running SCCM on a standalone primary site with SQL locally installed. Total 2300+ endpoints being managed using SCCM. We are on SCCM version 2309 and when we deploy any application or patches to the devices or be it a package distribution status are inconsistent. We wait for more than 1 hour to get the status of deployment status of devices under the Monitoring section.

We read the MS article about 2309 which says this issue is fixed with this upgrade however we are still facing this challenge.

Please share your experience here to overcome this issue. This is happening from a long time in our environment now.

    Do you have the snapshot of the Summary chart for an App deployment in the Deployments node compared with the counts displayed for that deployment?

    It seems your question is it takes 1 hour to get the status of deployment status but not the counts is not consistent.
