Why Azure Sandbox is not getting created. Currently stuck at 99% with "creating file share..." message.
I followed the following instructions but still no success

Please kindly follow the troubleshooting steps as mentioned below for the issue:
Step 1: Sign-out from all the tabs in the current browser and clear the cache files and try login again with your learn id credentials.
Step 2: Sign-out from current browser login and try to login from an incognito window/in-private window.
Step 3: Switch to a different browser and try login again.
Step 4: Login with a new personal email account into the learn path in a completely new browser and check.

Same problem here with all the exercises in the AZ-104 Network part, e.g. https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/training/modules/integrate-vnets-with-vnet-peering/5-exercise-verify-vnet-peering
Sandbox loading stals at 99% (Creating file share...) and does not move forward or give an error.
Already tried different browsers and different accounts with cache cleared....

Do you have an ETA for getting the issue fixed that has the sandbox reporting as offline?
I see posts regarding this issue back to Dec 20, perhaps earlier. We are 9 days in and have no updates. And to be honest, the comment to continue the other modules and come back isn't all that helpful. The modules often build on prior sandbox tasks. I also see comments that say skip the labs and go on with other modules, but this is not helpful since the labs are there for a purpose and are helpful for later learning. Especially when the sandbox is down for 9 days or more.
Today I doesn't even load up to 99%. Instead there is an alert telling that this module is under maintenance or something similar. Hope they fix this soon.
Just checking in again with the support team. We are now apparently on day 11 of this issue and the only activity we see is all posts on the problem being closed and redirected to this thread, which does not solve the problem.
Can we please get an ETA on a fix or at least something more that "working on it"?

I was forwarded here by Mr Navya Tipparapu. I disagree that my problem is the same and my question was disabled for further comments so I have to continue trying to resolve my problem here as I have upcoming exam and I need to have this solved.
So in my AZ-305 module I am not able to even create a Learn Sandbox. Is the reason for that the same as mentioned here?

In the meantime, you may be able to complete this module's exercises using your personal subscription, but charges may apply and you may have to modify the instructions for your subscription.

I am not going to use my own subscription as I have already used it in the past under the same account for AZ-900 and I am not sure whether I am still eligible for a free use or I have to pay anything.
Could MS team instruct me what I should do in order to have this Learn Sandbox available please?

Also getting the same problem happening at link. See quote and link below:

It is now at least day 18 (probably longer) of this problem. I am wondering if we can get an update other than "we are working on it" or "skip the exercises and continue the module" neither of which are helpful.
Most of us are asking two questions. 1) Can you give us any ETA? 2) Can you at least tell us this is a top priority for your team?

Apparently this is only a partial fix. You should also note that not all sandboxes are working. I cannot open a sandbox on https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/training/modules/describe-core-architectural-components-of-azure/7-exercise-create-azure-resource
