According to your description, when you add some accounts to Outlook. Some of them are displayed with first and last name, while others are displayed with only email address. If you did not enter your full name when you first set up your email account, the display may only show part of your name, and some email service providers may restrict the change of display name. You can try the following steps to change it:
- In Outlook, select "File" > "Account Settings" > "Account Settings". As shown in the screenshot:
- Select the email account you want to change, and then select "Change". You can then change the name on the "Account Settings" screen. As shown in the screenshot:
Note that if you use a Microsoft Exchange account, you cannot change the display name. Only Exchange administrators can make this change.
