PDF xchange editor cant open directly from outlook

I am a local admin on my laptop but when I am trying to open pdf file from Outlook and I have Pdf xchange editor as my default pdf app I am getting "Your administrator caused Windows Security to block this action. Contact your help desk." error. It works when you save it first locally. It also works opening pdf straight from Outlook when I use Adobe Acrobat as my default pdf app.

    If you are experiencing an issue where PDF-XChange Editor cannot open directly from Outlook, first check that the PDF-XChange Editor is the default PDF viewer in Outlook. If it is not, you can set it as the default viewer by going to File > Options > General > Advanced > Use PDF-XChange Editor as the default PDF viewer. If this does not work, you may need to reinstall PDF-XChange Editor. Additionally, you can try resetting the Outlook settings, as this may help resolve the issue.
