Hi Hirdesh,
Please edit the .rdp file you use to connect to the VM and set it to connect in Full Screen mode, and save the change. In most cases this will cause both resolution and DPI setting to be the same as your local PC. For best results if you are running Windows locally please use mstsc.exe aka Remote Desktop Connection.
Once the remote session is the same resolution and DPI scaling as your local PC your PowerShell winform should display correctly.
What operating system version are you running on your local PC? What operating system version is running on the Azure VM?
