unable to reactivate my subscription not able to create new subscription.

The subscription was deactivated for some reason, i am unaware of.

So checked if i have any pending invoices, but none.

going back to activate screen, i get following action saying "Settle you past due balance!"

Need support in fixing this issue.

    the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
