Hi, really stuck on where to look and would be grateful for some advise.
I have a personal android device which is enrolled into the companies Intune MDM profile. We have Teams in the work profile.
I can see and send pictures and videos from my personal profile to internal users, but if I wanted to send a video to an external user I can't see any videos in my personal profile.
I have no issues sending or seeing pictures from my personal profile to send to external users.
Is it a Teams settings or a Intune setting?
Any help would be appreicated.

@Brian Liu, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For our issue, to clarify if the issue is with Intune or Teams. You can choose one unenrolled device to test to confirm.
Meanwhile, in Intune, we mainly focus on protect company user data. But from your description, it seems the issue occurs on personal team account to send video to external users. Based on my experience, it is not set in Intune.
After checking in Device restriction policy, app configurator policy, I don't find such setting either.

But I find a link describe restricting file sharing in Teams with external user. Not sure if is related with our issue. You can contact Teams support to double confirm on this.

I unenrolled the device and tested and still can't see any video files when trying to send to external user. So can only assume it's a settings in Teams.
I will have a look at the links and reach out to Teams Support.
