I need to have version 4.8.04084 but I have 4.8.03761 I don't see where I can download this other then 4.8 download.

That's just a revision for .NET 4.8 which you get when you install updates
base version doesn't change

Both 4.8.04084 and 4.8.03761 are build numbers, and since the .NET Framework is backwards compatible, you just need to download and install the latest . NET Framework4.8.
