How to fix the issue of ineligibility to create an azure account

I registered for the Microsoft for startup founder's hub and was approved. I tried creating a free azure account but got an error message that I'm not eligible for an azure account. I also tried the pay as you go but got the same message.

    If you get the error you are ineligible for an azure account, it could be as a result of any of the following:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

    Please check the above are correct.
