How to fix the issue of ineligibility to create an azure account

I registered for the Microsoft for startup founder's hub and was approved. I tried creating a free azure account but got an error message that I'm not eligible for an azure account. I also tried the pay as you go but got the same message.

How do I go about re-enabling my azure account since it has been disabled due to multiple trial or do I just have to change the email address I used for my founder's hub?

Thanks for your question.

If you get the error you are ineligible for an azure account, it could be as a result of any of the following:

The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.

The credit card information is correct.

You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

Please check the above are correct.

I've checked the above information and they are all correct. When I tried them again, my account was disabled.
