User access failure SQL integration

Hi, im having this issue. How can I grant myself the proper access to pass this stage? I tried everything but it still running into same issue.

    Please first try the repair option. Remember to restart sql server service.

    A required privilege is not held by the client

    Start Visual Studio SSDT with "Run as Administrator" on the local server and tyr it again.
