Hello, @RICHARD BONIFACIO,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!
The issue of whether recipients see your email address or the original sender's email address after you set up automatic forwarding depends on how you set up automatic forwarding.
- Outlook: If you are setting up Outlook's automatic forwarding feature, when you configure email forwarding, the forwarded emails will typically show the original sender's email address, not yours. This means that the recipients of the forwarded email will see the email address of the original sender in the "From" field. Your email address will not appear as the sender unless you manually forward the email yourself.
- Mail Flow Rules: If you use EAC or PowerShell to set up mail flow rules for automatic forwarding, the results will change. What the recipient will see will be the address of the party that set up the rule, which is your email address.
All of the conclusions above are based on my test results, the specific test process you can refer to this case I have done previously (including my answer and comment): https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/answers/questions/2068406/original-email-header-does-not-appear-after-exchan.
