Unable to sign msix package using Azure Key Vault in Visual Studio 2022

I have followed this article: https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/windows/msix/desktop/sign-with-akv-cert but I am unable to publish the signed package.

I was able to successfully specify the Azure Key Vault Uri and the certificate for signing, however, I get the following error: A signing key is required in order to package this project. Please specify a PackageCertificateKeyFile or PackageCertificateThumbprint value in the project file.

    May I know have you followed the Prerequisites Sign packages with Azure Key Vault.
    Can you please check have you create a package signing certificate, if not see Create a certificate for package signing.
