    Hi there Siva

Thanks for using the QandA platform

Tryr enabling Active Geo-Replication in Azure SQL db to distribute workloads and ensure high availability across regions. do data partitioning. Use elastic pools in Azure SQL for cost-effective management of multiple databases with varying workloads. For read-heavy scenarios, deploy read replicas in different regions to reduce latency. Scaling out horizontally or vertically and considering distributed databases like Azure Cosmos DB for global distribution can further enhance performance and reliability for your expanding needs.

This question is far too vague to be possible to answer. Obviously, when your business and your data grows, you can face challenges, all depending on good your original database design was.

Do deal with this situation, you need to learn about performance troubleshooting. A good source is the book SQL Server Advanced Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning: Best Practices and Techniques by Dmitri Korotkevitch. For full disclosure, I should say that Dmitri is a good friend of mine, and I was the tech reviewer of the book.
