I am not able to make my billing payment

I am trying to make payment for my previous month bill under "Pay as you go" plan. I verified that my credit card is enabled for making international payments and has sufficient balance and limit. I go to Cost Management, selected the payment method as my credit card and clicked on to pay my bill. It asked for my credit card OTP and I entered the same. But, after that, I got message that "Payment has been declined by financial institution". I then checked with my credit card institution why my transaction was declined but I was informed that there was no transaction decline from their end. I tried it multiple times but every time same result

    the best option if you get this message is to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
