Hello,

I've recently noticed an unexpected increase in my Azure billing, specifically related to Cognitive Services, even after deleting my model's deployment. Yesterday, my Azure Sponsorship account showed a total of $70, but today it has jumped to $146.97. Here are the major cost items contributing to this increase:

  • gpt-4-0806-FT-Hstng-glbl Unit: $75
  • gpt-4-0806-FT-Hstng-regnl Unit: $68.93
  • Other token-related charges

These charges are puzzling because the model deployments were deleted, and I expected the costs to decrease or stabilize. I need help understanding the following:

  1. Why are these charges still accruing despite the deletion of the deployments?
  2. Can someone explain what each of these specific charges means and how they relate to deleted resources?
  3. How can I ensure that all associated resources with the deleted models are also completely terminated to avoid further unexpected costs?
