Here's a question I can't find answer to anywhere in documentation:

Let's say I use either of these options:

How will price for egress traffic be calculated? Will I be charged twice - once for VPN Outbound Inter-virtual? Data Transfer and once for ExpressRoute Outbound Data Transfer? Or just for one of them? For which then?

Hi @Cat Mucius , I understand you're seeking clarity on the data transfer charges for VPN site-to-site over Express Route private peering or Microsoft peering.

    Referring to these pages:

Outbound data transfer for your use case will apply on Express Route circuit. VPN only charges data going out of Azure data centers between two virtual networks in different regions. Other data transfers over the VPN connections to your on-premises sites or the internet in general are charged separately at the regular data transfer rate (if over Internet) or Express Route outbound Data transfer pricing (if over Express Route circuit).
