Here are several steps you can try to resolve it:
- Ensure your device is connected to your organization's network. If you're using Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection or vice versa.
- If your account is part of the Protected User Group, it might be causing issues. Contact your IT administrator to check and possibly remove you from this group.
- Disable Local Caching of Logon Credentials: Open the Run dialog (Windows + R), type secpol.msc, and press Enter. Navigate to Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options. Find Interactive logon: Number of previous logons to cache and set it to 0.
- Ensure your DNS settings is correct.
- If your user profile is corrupted, it can prevent login. Open the Run dialog (Windows + R), type regedit, and press Enter. Navigate to HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList. Identify and delete the corrupted profile (the one without a .bak extension).
