Our students are currently unable to log in or verify their accounts on Azure using their .edu email addresses. Upon conducting research, I discovered that our current tier package does not include Azure access. This limitation seems to be preventing our students from leveraging Azure services.

I would like guidance on how to upgrade our tier package or add Azure access to our students' .edu email accounts under the current Office 365 A1 subscription. Specifically, I need to understand the steps involved in upgrading or adding Azure services, any associated costs, and how to configure the integration to ensure seamless access for our students.

Your assistance or any resources that outline the process would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Pawan,

In general, Azure is not licensed by user, but a central or shared subscription (or multiple subscriptions, but not tied to a specific user). So, in this case, you should have the subscription and then invite the users with the appropriate permission (role assignment in this case).

To create a subscription you have many options depending on your current licensing program, location and organization needs. You should talk with your current reseller to enable this product in your current educational agreement.
