Accessing Vector Stores

1. Vector Store Locations:
   • In most systems (Azure OpenAI or similar platforms), vector stores are typically found under specific sections like Data Management, Knowledge Base, or Embedding Management in the UI.
   • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view or manage vector stores. Check if they are listed in the Processed Data or Embedding Status tabs.
   Why They Might Not Appear:
   • If vector stores are processed but not visible, the issue could be:

     - **Filtering**: Check the filters in the new UI; some may exclude processed stores by default.
     
           - **UI/UX Limitation**: The new UI may have a different navigation or categorization method.
     
                 - **Role Permissions**: Your user role might have limited visibility for processed stores.
     

Switching Back to Old UI

Yes, many platforms allow users to switch between UIs during transitions. To switch back:

1. Look for an option like "Switch to Classic View" or "Use Old Interface" in the Settings or Profile menu.
2. If this option isn't available:

• Contact the support team of the platform you are using.
  • Some platforms phase out old UIs entirely and may not offer the option.
