how long does it take to complete the SMS verification.

I bought a toll free bumber more than 2 months ago but it still showing SMS verification pending. The verification process shouldn't be taking more than 3-4 weeks. There is something wrong. How to resolve this?

    Hi @Ash Farooqi You're right, SMS verification for a toll-free number in Azure Communication Services should not take more than a few weeks. When exactly did you buy the toll-free number?

    Since it’s been over two months, there might be an issue with your application. Please Log in to the Azure portal and navigate to your Communication Services resource. Check the status of your toll-free verification application under the Regulatory Documents section. You want to make sure that all required information was provided correctly in your application. Missing or incorrect details can delay the verification process
