    Hello there,

To remove the icon try these steps:

    1. Right click on the app icon.
    2. Click "Unpin from start" or "Uninstall" to remove the icon from the user interface.

The best way to fix this is to open File Explorer and navigate to:

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

This folder is a "hidden" folder, however, you can simply copy and paste the path name above into the Windows Search box and press enter.

Look for the program(s) icons that you uninstalled and delete the remaining icons from this folder. Do not delete icons for programs that are still valid and installed.

Hope this resolves your Query !!

Boot into Safe mode and then try to delete the remaining.
