Hi, So, this is very weird, and quite frustrating that at first Bing Chat Enterprise or CoPilot is not available in Edge for browsers that are managed, and have policies applied to, from the organization. I tried to test it out by deploying the extension manually through extension ids deployed via Intune, but it is still unavailable with the error "We're sorry but we're unable to connect to the service at this time". Is there a way to make it available organization-wide without meddling with the Security Baselines in place, and for it to work? Any help would be appreciated. image (15)

    Hi Syed Aun Muhammad,
You can check Ramr‘s reply first. And can you able to access https://copilot.microsoft.com/?
If your Edge browser settings are managed by your organizations. That means IT administrators set policies to prevent users from tampering with the browser settings. Without proper administrative privileges, you can’t modify copilot settings.
    Thanks for your understanding.

    Hi,

I have the same issue. I could access https://copilot.microsoft.com/ but the side bar and Copilot Preview does not work. I get a message "We're sorry but we're unable to connect to the service at this time. Please try again later or refresh." If I disable Cisco Umbrella, it works but what exactly do I need to allow in Cisco Umbrella to make it work? We already have *.github.com, copilot-proxy.githubusercontent.com in “Selective Decryption list.” What else does Copilot need so it will be allowed?
