I was trying to connect ADF with secret for WEB API GET operation
I have granted the secret access to AD:
Connection to linked service was successful but connection to secret failed
Is there any network setting enabled in the key vault?
And what access has been given to the ADF in the key vault?

I have given ALL access for ADF (Key, Secret and Certificate permissions)

The Name of your Managed Identity is "ADF-SLB". In the Access policy you grant permissions to "Data Factory". Try to add "ADF-SLB" in the access policy.
Thanks a lot underleini. I have changed from "Data Factory" to "ADF-SLB" and it works now.

Hi Smaran Thoomu. My problem was resolved following the answer by underleini. Thanks a lot. Just curious about what does the managed identity Azure Data Factory does as I only have one ADF named ADF-SLB?
