Hi @KAsh,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We are very pleased to assist you.
According to the image you provided, it appears that you are using Microsoft List to open a list in SharePoint and are experiencing an issue with the wrong browser tag name.
We tested it in our internal environment but did not encounter the same issue as you. To further confirm the cause of the problem, please perform the following tests:
- We need to first make sure that the name of the list is correct in SharePoint. The URL of the SharePoint list you opened in Microsoft List should like this:
https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/sitename/Lists/listname/AllItems.aspx?env=WebViewList
, please remove the?env=WebViewList
to access it again. This will open the list directly using SharePoint, make sure the list name is correct in SharePoint and then check that the tab name is correct. - Please try to use your browser's InPrivate mode or a different browser to see if the same error occurs. If it displays normally in privacy mode, then it is likely that the cache is causing the problem, so please clear it. If other browsers work fine, there is most likely a problem with the browser, so please use a different one.
- Please ask other users who have access to the list to log in with their accounts to see if the problem persists.
- To confirm if the issue affects all lists, try recreating a new listing to see if the problem persists.
If I can be of any assistance during the testing process, please let me know.
