I can't create Storage in Azure Training

While creating Storage for completing the course AZ900 , I got "limited or no Access" message. help please how to solve, so i can continue my Study.

    From your question we understand that you are trying to complete the exercise from Exercise - Create a storage blob.

    To complete this exercise, an active subscription is not required, as it uses a default Sandbox. Simply activate the Sandbox and go to the Azure Portal, where you will see that you are logged in with the Sandbox directory, as shown below:

    After logging in with the Microsoft Learn Sandbox directory, follow the instructions in the exercise. You will then be able to see the default subscription and Resource Group, as shown in the screenshot below:

    Follow the instruction given in the exercise and you will be able to create the storage account.
