GPT-4 Turbo with Vision Preview exist?

I am trying to follow these doc , but I can not found GPT-4 turbo with vision preview, and do not works with another model. Please save me.

I am using azure Ai studio to locate the model, as described here, and tryed to use my own image data to be sent during the conversation. But all thoose methods, azure AI search, upload and metadata or blob. Thoose solutions do not work for me, and the unique thing that is different is the GPT model

Plan 1:

Firstly, ensure that your Azure Open AI Resource is deployed to the regions mentioned here, since the GPT Vision is only supported in these regions.

Plan 2:

Open the Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio), Then within the deployments section select the GPT4 model, select Standard and click on the customize button.

Here you can select the Vision-preview option:

Use another region worked for me, now I am able to deploy gpt 4 vision preview. But using upload I still not available to set metada or upload .jpg files.

@Cauan Sousa As per our documentation, .jpg files should be supported.

What type of files can I upload?

We currently support PNG (.png), JPEG (.jpeg and .jpg), WEBP (.webp), and nonanimated GIF (.gif).

Also this docs says, The following file types are supported for your image files, up to 16 MB in size:

.jpg .png .gif .bmp .tiff

I am checking this internally and I will get back to you.
