The user is attempting to access the Azure tenant using the Edge profile for all their standard, production (Prod), and test accounts. While the standard and production accounts work without any issues, the test account encounters a tenant-related error. However, the user can successfully access the Azure tenant using the test account when accessing it through an InPrivate window or a different browser. the user is a member of the tenant and the below error can be seen from sign in logs "Invite the user to the tenant, or ignore this error if the user isn't supposed to be a member of the tenant. This can be the case when someone is sent to a login URL for your tenant without being a member, or picks the wrong user account." what could be the issue?

    Hi @Monisha Vinayagamoorthy

    Thanks for posting.

It seems the most probable reason that this issue is happening due to old cookies stored in the edge browser for this respective account which is causing conflict.

In an InPrivate window there is no stored login info (cached credentials in this case), hence its working fine through it.

You can try to access the portal with a fresh login after you delete the cookies.

Please follow the give steps to achieve this,

    1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services.
    2. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
    3. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    4. Confirm the action to clear this data.

It's also a nice practice to use different profiles for different accounts in a browser to avoid any such conflicts.

Plese try it out and let me know.
