Can not install KB5048685 for my Windows 11 computer

I tried to install the latest cumulative update KB5048685 for my Windows 11 computer, but encountered an error. The update downloads and installs, but fails at 42%, then throws an error: Install error - 0x800f081f.

Please share your solution to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

    Hope everything is going well.

    1,Are you using Configuration Manager or Intune to deploy the KB5048685 update? Can we manually install the update?

    2,We can run the Windows update troubleshooter to see if it fixes the issue:

    Select Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Next, under Most Frequent, select Windows Update > Run.
