Need Assistance with Azure Credits from Startup Founder Hub

I am writing to seek clarification and assistance regarding the Azure credits I received through the Startup Founder Hub program.

  1. I have successfully applied for the Startup Founder Hub program and claimed $5,000 in Azure credits associated with my account (ie. kenz@company.com).
  2. I plan to use these Azure credits for several services, including Azure OpenAI. Currently, I have set up an Azure free account under the email it@company.com and added kenz@company.com as a contributor. However, when accessing the Azure portal, I only see the "Free Subscription" option with $200 credits for 30 days, and there is no option or indication of the $5,000 Sponsored Credits being available.

Could you kindly assist with the following questions?

  1. Where can I find or activate the $5,000 Azure Sponsored Credits within the Azure portal?
  2. Is it possible to transfer or allocate the Azure credits from my account (kenz@company.com) to the development team's account (it@company.com), so the dev team can directly manage and use the credits for our projects?

Since we are new to Azure, we need guidance to ensure we set things up correctly and maximize the potential of these resources.

    Hi there IT Department

    Thanks for using QandA platform'

Log in to the Azure portal using the account ([kenz@company.com]). go to the Subscriptions section to confirm if a subscription labeled “Azure Sponsorship”. If not visible, check the confirmation email from the program for activation steps or codes, or contact Microsoft Support via the Help + Support section for assistance. These credits cannot be directly transferred between accounts or subscriptions, but you can add the development team’s account ([it@company.com]) as a contributor.

If this helps kindly accept the answer thanks much.
