Microsoft Remote Help assistance

Need Assistance on Microsoft remote help App I tried to use it as a helper and i take a full control on sharer device , but when i tried to use something that need admin privileged for example (any app to run as administrator) it gives me as helper black screen , and I can't write admin credentials to complete the process , so could you please help on this if there's any solution to avoid this !! In this way I can't support users . Thanks in advance .

    @Maged Mahmoud | CARMA, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based as I know, there's a permission named "Elevation" which is enabled for the helper role. This allows the helper to perform actions that require administrative privileges.

    Please enable the following "Remote Help app" permission to the role which is assigned to the helper to see if the result will be different.
