Whenever I run ci/cd pipeline it fails with the error "No hosted parallelism has been purchased or granted. To request a free parallelism grant, please fill out the following form https://aka.ms/azpipelines-parallelism-request".

If I open a form it gives message like "We are temporarily pausing requests for free concurrency grants through the end of the year. If you have a critical reason, consider purchasing the concurrency during this period. This will unblock you. We will resume this process again in January after the holiday season."

I am not able to run ci/cd pipeline.
