Verification issue as a student for Microsoft Azure credit while using the my student email.

I am having issues with verifying my student status. In April, I received a $100 credit from Azure through my student account, but now the verification process isn’t working. Sometimes it says I’m not verified as a student, and other times it says my email has already been used for verification this year. My university email is still active and won’t expire for another year, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Additionally, I received an Azure credit code from an event, but I’m unsure where to use it.
