learning sandbox stuck at 99%/Creating file share for last ~24hrs

This is an example page where I cannot successfully launch a sandbox:

I have tried:

  • Other sandbox pages in the same and different modules
  • Refreshing the web page.
  • Clearing my cache (in chrome)
  • Tried a different browser (edge)
  • Rebooting my system
  • Waiting up to 2hrs for the for the sandbox to launch

It did successfully work a couple of times yesterday morning (and several times in the past).

I have tried > 10 times to launch sandboxes. My reported used sandbox increment is not increasing (always at 2/10).

Each time, progression stops at "99% Creating file share..."

I would appreciate any help that would get me back to functional sandboxes. Thank you.

    • Clear the cache and try to login to your Learn account using the proper credentials.
    • Try using the incognito/private mode in your browser to rule out any cache or cookie issues.
