I got a new graphics card, and I am having technical difficulties with one of the monitors. I have tried to change the resolution, but it seems to be locked.

    Hello,

Update or Reinstall Display Drivers: Sometimes, outdated or corrupted drivers can cause resolution issues. You can update your drivers through the Device Manager or by downloading the latest drivers from the graphics card manufacturer's website.

Safe Mode: Boot your computer in Safe Mode and try changing the resolution. This can help if there are software conflicts causing the issue.

Check for Windows Updates: Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.

Hardware Check: Double-check that all cables are securely connected and that the monitor is properly recognized by your system.

    Best Regards,
