I raised a request for a global adaptive card, which was approved yesterday after a week. However, it is not working for external Office 365 users. I need to know if there is a delay before the card becomes functional or if I should verify that it has been correctly configured on Microsoft's end. how to check that. if someone uses the global adaptive card. kindly guide me to solve this..
